Returns & Cancellations/Exchange

Our “no quibbles” guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and will issue a full refund for the price paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a free returns policy. All returns are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot accept returns on any made to order products or partial multipack orders.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

1. Give the reason why the item is being returned.
2. Quote, all invoice numbers and date received the item.
3. In case of fault or damage with item, please contact us prior to returning detailing the fault or damage.
4. Wrap all items securely in its original packaging.
5. Cost of returning an item is paid for by the customer.

OUR LIABILITY
Our entire liability to you under these general terms and conditions and returns policy shall not exceed the price paid for the goods you have purchased through Global Gift House, provided that we take reasonable care when we deliver the goods to you.

We will not be liable to you for any loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunity, for any injury to your reputation or for any losses that are not reasonably foreseeable by both of us at the time your purchase is made, or your order is accepted.

Despite the limitations in paragraphs above, we do not in any way limit our liability to you for death, personal injury or fraud.

Where you buy as a consumer, these general terms and conditions and the returns policy will not affect your rights under law which cannot be otherwise excluded. For more

If you breach these terms and conditions or the returns policy and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these terms and conditions or returns policy.

For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 and any future amendments or subsequent legislation, Global Gift House is the “Data Controller”.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you and we both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
